iAURORA - Nanosecond Transient Absorption Spectrometer
The iAURORA nanosecond transient absorption spectroscopy system is an advanced spectrometer launched by ScioTech. It can detect transient absorption dynamics within a μs to s time window with a time resolution of 1ns. It can be used in photophysics, photochemistry, biology, materials, etc. iAURORA uses a supercontinuum white light laser as the detection light source, with a visible-near infrared detection range of 450 to 1000nm (the optional infrared detector can be extended to 1500nm). iAURORA can be used with a variety of pulse pump light sources including femtosecond/picosecond/nanosecond lasers. Combined with our iAURORA femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy system, transient absorption dynamics spanning 15 orders of magnitude from fs to s can be continuously probed; it can also be optionally equipped separately with our optimized iAURORA Navigator femtosecond pump laser to obtain the best experience.
Next Generation System Design
iAURORA has a distinctive new design. In order to truly achieve a time resolution of 1ns, iAURORA uses two ultrafast detectors to measure the time delay of pump light and detection light, supplemented by a time interval analyzer with a time resolution better than 100ps, combined with our unique spectrum optimization algorithm. It can greatly improve the time resolution and accuracy of transient absorption spectra.
